6 large Marshmallows
12 Fudge Stripes cookies

Instructions
How to make s’mores in the oven
Place half of the cookies upside down (chocolate side up) on a cookie sheet and then place the marshmallows on top of the
cookies. (Use parchment paper for easier clean up!)
Top each marshmallow with another cookie right side up and then place in the oven at 300 degrees for about 5-7 minutes. As soon as the marshmallows are getting soft and melted, they are ready to eat!
How to make s’mores in the microwave
Making s’mores in the microwave works best if you make one at a time. Assemble the s’more with the marshmallow in between two cookies and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for
30 seconds or until the marshmallow is soft and gooey.
How to make s’mores around the campfire
Place a large marshmallow on a stick and get it as close to the coals of the campfire as possible without touching them (or putting the marshmallow in the flames). Roast until just barely golden brown, (or dark brown/black if you prefer). Place the roasted marshmallow between two Fudge Stripes cookies and lightly press together for about 15-20 seconds or until the chocolate on the bottom of the cookies begins to melt a little.
S’mores Brownies
Ingredients
Cooking spray
6 Graham crackers
1 box Brownie mix, plus ingedients called for on box
1 cup chopped Hershey’s bars
1 10 Oz. bag Marshmallows

Instructions
Preheat oven 350° F and spray a 9”x9” baking pan with cooking spray. Layer bottom of pan with graham crackers. Make brownie mix according to box and fold in chopped Hershey’s bars. Pour brownie batter over graham crackers. Bake until almost done, 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows and bake another 20-25 minutes or until brownies are cooked through and
marshmallows are golden. To check brownies with a toothpick, you can gently push marshmallows to side with a knife or spatula. They will melt back together! Turn oven to broil and broil 2 minutes, if desired. Let cool 10 minutes then slice into squares to serve.
