Tips and Tricks to Make Online Shopping a Breeze!

Want to make your online order pickup as quick as possible? Follow these steps to make it fast:
Wait for the “Order Ready” Notification
Your order will be ready to pick up at the time you requested when placing your order. Once your order has been shopped, you’ll get a notification via text, app, or email. Don’t head to the store until you get this alert.
Make Sure You’re Prepared
Before you head out, make sure to grab your phone to receive updates and confirm pickup in the app. If you ordered alcohol, bring a valid photo ID—you’ll need it to verify your age at pickup.
Tap "I’m on my Way" in the App.
Open the Cash Wise app and tap "I’m on my way" before you leave. This alerts the store to start preparing your order for handoff.
Head to the Store
Drive to the store location you selected when placing your order.
Park in a Designated Pickup Spot
Look for signs that say “Online Order Pickup.” Park and stay in your vehicle.
Let The Store Know You’ve Arrived.
In the app, tap "I'm here."
You’re all set!
A team member will bring out your groceries and load them directly into your vehicle.
- A few extra tips:
- Sometimes your order might be ready early. If this happens, we’ll notify you, just in case you’d like to pick it up before your original pickup time. (Don't worry—we’ll keep all your items temperature-controlled until you arrive.)
- No need to stress if you’re late! As long as you arrive before the end of the latest pickup window, we’ll have your order ready to go. (Heads up—the latest pickup window may end before the store’s closing time.)
